COVID-19 DELAYS

Some carriers may be expecting delivery delays of up to 3 business days. We use USPS for deliveries. If your order has not yet arrived, please allow 3 additional business days for your package to arrive. 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

We currently only ship to the United States. We hope to open worldwide shipping in the near future. Get notified when we open up new shipping routes.

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders.

 

USPS Standard Ground Shipping (5-7 Business Days): $5.99

2-Day Shipping (2 Business Days): $10

UNLIMITED SHIPPING: Eternal now offers unlimited free standard ground shipping at just $8/month or $87/year. See our pricing plan, below.

Next Day — 2 Day Shipping


Priority Mail Express® provides next-day to 2–day delivery service by 6 PM. The LAST DAY to order is December 23rd.




1-3 Business Days Shipping


Priority Mail® service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days. The last day to order is December 18th.




First Class Mail Service 1-5 Business Days Shipping


Small orders (physical gift cards, beauty products, etc.) delivered in 1–5 business days. The last day to order is December 17th.




USPS Ground Shipping


Ships in 2-8 business days. The last day to order is December 15th.




Same-Day Shipping

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at hello@eternaltravelboutique.com.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?

If you've entered the wrong address at checkout, please email us immediately at hello@eternaltravelboutique.com. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if we have not yet processed the order.

If packages are refused or undeliverable based on customer error or unavailability to receive the package, the shipping carrier may return the order to Eternal due to their inability to deliver. If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items purchased; however, the original shipping cost and any undeliverable charge from the shipping carrier will be deducted from your refund.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please email us hello@eternaltravelboutique.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take up to 10 business days to investigate with USPS.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Eternal, you can return the item for refund within 14 calendar days using the following guidelines:

 

Items priced as Final Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Regular priced and sale Items are refundable, but must be returned to Eternal in original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will confirm receipt and conduct an inspection of the item(s). If any item does not meet these requirements, you will be notified. Eternal reserve the right to refuse to refund if the item has signs of wear and tear. 

 

Customers wishing to return items purchased from Eternal must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number prior to sending products back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
